Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This AUP protects our infrastructure, our clients, and third parties. It applies to anyone using our website, and to clients using hosting, applications or other services delivered by GWS. It supplements — and is incorporated into — our Terms of Service and any service agreement.

Prohibited activities

You must not use our website or services to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate illegal activity;
• distribute malware, ransomware, viruses or other malicious code;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, probe for vulnerabilities, or breach security or authentication measures;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in phishing or fraud;
• infringe intellectual-property rights or misappropriate confidential information;
• publish or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that exploits or endangers minors;
• harvest personal data without a lawful basis; or
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or others' use of them.

Hosting-specific rules

For clients using our hosting and infrastructure services, you are additionally responsible for: the legality of content you host; not using resources in a way that degrades service for others (including cryptomining or denial-of-service traffic); keeping your own credentials secure; and maintaining your own backups in addition to any we provide. We may set fair-use limits appropriate to your plan.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including removing content, throttling or suspending access, or terminating services, with or without notice depending on severity. Where required, we cooperate with law-enforcement authorities.

Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this policy — including security issues, spam, or abusive content on our infrastructure — contact us via the contact form or at we@gyro.xyz. We take reports seriously and act promptly.

Changes

We may update this AUP as threats and best practices evolve. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
